Process equipment
The company's existing process equipment has reached the equipment level of international large-scale refractory enterprises. In the molding equipment, there are more than 60 high-tonnage brick presses (260 tons to 1250 tons) that have been put into use. In terms of firing equipment, the company has four large ultra-high temperature tunnel kilns, 12 high temperature nitriding kilns, 2 high temperature shuttle kilns and other thermal equipment. The mold making equipment is well-equipped, with 20 machine tools for turning, milling, planing and grinding and several heat treatment furnaces.
